Adaptors to Montana Instruments CryoAdvance:
Includes vacuum flange, circular connectors, vacuum electrical feedthrough, top covers for UV/IR light.
Vacuum flange for electrical feedthrough
The item is used to replace the original Vacuum blind flange. Its material is aluminium that is same as the original vacuum blind flange.
Circular connectors (16 PIN)
The item has 16 pins, is used for low noise electric measurement.
Vacuum electric feedthrough (16 PIN)
This item is used together with the circular connector (16 pin) and the vacuum flange.
Top Cover (or called Vacuum housing Lid)
The original top cover has a glass window. SHOOSAN supplies top cover with various optical window including but not limited to:
- CaF2 (180 nm - 8.0 um)
- quartz (185 nm - 2.1 um)
- sapphire (200 nm - 5.0 um)
- KBr (250 nm - 26 um)
- ZnSe (600 nm - 16 um)
- CVD Diamond (220 nm to > 50 um)
